04 — Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment

All fees are stated in the applicable currency ($) at the time of purchase. Payment is required before services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing. We use secure third-party payment processors; your financial information is handled in accordance with their security standards.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Session cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests

Refund Policy

• Refund eligibility varies by program. Full terms are provided in your client agreement prior to purchase.

We are not liable for decisions you make based on coaching guidance. You are solely responsible for your own choices and actions. Our coaching services do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, but do not warrant that it is free from errors or omissions.

09 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Your Super Connector and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to:

By You

You may discontinue use of our website at any time. To terminate a coaching engagement, please provide written notice using our Contact Form. Refund eligibility upon termination is subject to the refund terms outlined in Section 04.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or behavior that is harmful to our team or other clients. Where we terminate services for reasons other than your breach, we will provide a pro-rated refund for unused prepaid sessions.

11 — Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Your Super Connector operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
